Growing up, I moved slowly. I loved to take it all in.

As a highly sensitive person I feel a strong connection to the people and world around me.

Since I was little, I have continually been inspired by my family, friends and the beauty of the little things.

Since the day I got my first camera, I’ve never put one down.

I love to capture it all.

Throughout childhood, most memories include my Dad carrying the video camera around filming simple day to day adventures with three little girls. On special occasions my Mom was always quick to snap the perfect picture with her film camera, freezing all the little details of that moment in time. In middle school I was organizing photo shoots with my friends, styling them, doing hair and makeup, creating magazines as the ultimate goal.

Now as adults, we get to look back on these memories with nostalgia.

Those fleeting moments are able to be revisited through photos and videos.

I’m grateful for that + so happy to be able to share that gift with others!

While being a local teacher for over a decade, specializing in Autism, I’ve always continued to pursue photography and videography. I shared an intimate wedding videography business with my sister for many years called Willow Street Films, while independently, family photography always remained my forte. My deep love for the children, the families, and the beauty of Santa Barbara has continually meshed with my passion to capture photos and video.

If I have learned one thing so far, it’s that life moves fast. So take the DAMN pictures!
